What is the UK national curriculum?
The national curriculum is the statutory plan for what children learn in maintained schools in England. Primary maths is split into Key Stage 1 (Years 1-2) and Key Stage 2 (Years 3-6), with Reception in the Early Years Foundation Stage. Each year has a programme of study setting out what pupils should be taught, number and place value, the four operations, fractions, measurement, geometry and statistics. Find your year below, then print worksheets for it.
